Service center is extremely hard to get a hold of. Appointments are very limited making it inconvenient to bring a brand new 80k$ vehicle in and be without a vehicle because they don’t offer loaners. Best vehicle purchase experience in my life! I lost my Chevy Colorado due to Helene’s flood in Florida and I looked nationwide for a comparable truck, finding one at Maguire Grand Island in Buff I lost my Chevy Colorado due to Helene’s flood in Florida and I looked nationwide for a comparable truck, finding one at Maguire Grand Island in Buffalo, over 1,200 miles away from home. Sales Consultant Brian Benford and General Sales Manager Scott Molenda made the long trip worthwhile. After hearing my devastating story about the flooding of my home, they made the process incredibly easy for me. They were so accommodating, and even scheduled a shuttle from my hotel to the dealer. They had all the documentation ready, gave me a really good deal on the Chevy Colorado I purchased, were honest and straightforward from day one. Brian communicated with me with honesty and integrity from the first call, photographed the vehicle and pointed out a small scratch, which he promised to address. Sure enough, upon my arrival the car was impeccable, detailed and no evidence of the small scratch. It looked like a new truck! Brian and Scott made me feel like family, suggesting good local restaurants and places to visit during my time in Buffalo. I highly recommend Maguire Chevrolet, specially Brian and Scott.
