Ricardo went on vacation and took with him all interest in selling me the car. Colin seemed clueless, as did Britney. I had two unreturned phone calls. If not for Chris, I doubt I would have bought the car. He is the ONLY reason the dealership got more than one star. Very poor communication, They seemed to expect the customer to sell the car for them. They offered only $500 for my trade in, KBB lists it for over 3K. They offered 10.99% interest for the car loan, My lender gave me 6.49.% More

The customer service is amazing! I would have go anywhere else to have my car worked on. I wasn’t sure how to use my loyalty points and was shown how they work. I only waited 30mins I would have go anywhere else to have my car worked on. I wasn’t sure how to use my loyalty points and was shown how they work. I only waited 30mins for an inspection and was very happy. Over all 9/10! I take away one point because I had some trouble booking the appointment online. There isn’t an option for car inspection. There was an oil change and tire rotation option only. More
