It's not so much the workers but the prices are outrageous! I don't remember paying $106.81 for 6 quarts of oil, filter and rotate tires. I understand costs have gone up but this sounds high. My Equinox is a 2019 and I do have an extended warranty but that doesn't help with mantanince. I'm wondering if something major goes wrong, will the warranty will cover it?? More

Average rating for an average service center experience, which is what I observed during my visit. Like most places, I had to go into the advisor area to start the process. Coming out to greet me (since the which is what I observed during my visit. Like most places, I had to go into the advisor area to start the process. Coming out to greet me (since they need to collect mileage & other info, anyway) was my experience at “above average” service centers. Like most places, they offered WiFi, but it was down/unavailable. Like most places, they had a customer lounge with seating, TV & coffee/tea/etc. My experience at “above average” places included snacks and fresh Tim’s donuts and ice/water machine. And here’s the big problem; I went in for a leak, showing water stains along the rear edge of the headliner, plus a video of when it was wet, where it was coming from (obviously a loose wiring harness in the rear hatch/doorjam), etc. Before they even checked whether it was covered by warranty or provided even a ballpark estimate for any portion of the work, they wanted to charge me $200 for a “water test”, which was 1) totally unnecessary because the dislodged wiring harness was clearly the cause and 2) xxx, $200 to run water from a hose onto the roof?!?! I went into Maguire as a courtesy to THEM to offer them a chance to earn my business from my regular service center. They failed and I ended up back at my regular GM dealership service center. More
