One of the Worst time I'm purchasing a vehicle. We purchased a used vehicle That was on the website and only had 13989 miles. As we drove the vehicle, it had 48000 some admirals. Everything never got an email. Finally get them and there were things on there. We never agreed to now. They're saying oh yeah, you said you were buying that warranties. No, we did not. Extremely upset and disappointed. We had heard to be aware of the bait and switch tactics of this dealership when it came to the vehicle pricing and rebates. and Let me tell you they We had heard to be aware of the bait and switch tactics of this dealership when it came to the vehicle pricing and rebates. and Let me tell you they weren't wrong! We left settled on a price, and when it came to picking up the vehicle the price was higher. They utilized a supplier discount and stated this was the cause, Unfortunately we were unaware of what the supplier discount was and had not heard of it before . Now after much research we find out that the discount should have actually discounted the vehicle much more than it was, I should mention they took away the first responder discount as well, stating this could not be used in conjunction with the supplier discount. they also gave us a line that the supplier discount was used to get us a lower interest rate, Now with more research we find this not to be true either!! I am extremely disappointed. when you settle on a price that is the price you should pay not be surprised with a higher price in the end. I feel that this dealership is completely dishonest and took complete advantage of the supplier discount to their own advantage. Feeling very unhappy and angry this has happened. More
