I purchased a beautiful, used VW from them and it needed all new brakes and routers within a week after purchase. I was disappointed, but made an appointment with them within the 30 day window. The car drives without a sound now and the breaks are well improved. I wish this would have been addressed before purchase as the cost of the car used was over $20 k.
