Staff was attentive and timely. I only had to wait about 30 minutes for a tire rotation. It could have been worse. There was coffee and snacks which was nice. Came in for standard service and tire rotation and 50 miles later found weird rotational noise - stopped on shoulder of road and found all 6 lug nuts on one front wheel - not even finger tight; each spu miles later found weird rotational noise - stopped on shoulder of road and found all 6 lug nuts on one front wheel - not even finger tight; each spun more than one full turn by finger tip -- got a wrench and tightened them best I could right there on road shoulder. Then rechecked once I made the 6 miles safely home and tightened with a 1/2 inch socket wrench. Not Happy!!! More

In early July 2021, my Toyota Corolla unexpectedly had two crippling problems: the latch on its trunk broke (making it flap in the breeze when I had to drive) and its battery lost the ability to keep a ch two crippling problems: the latch on its trunk broke (making it flap in the breeze when I had to drive) and its battery lost the ability to keep a charge (making it effectively a dead paperweight, except for brief periods after a battery recharge). This was ominous because all of the businesses in the U.S. are currently working very short-handedly; the initial estimate of how long I might wait to get repairs was two weeks. However, they did promise to try to do them faster if opportunity permitted. And they kept that promise! Maguire Toyota instead got me the full set of repairs done in three working days at a highly reasonable price. They also did an overall check of my car for normal function and gave me free van service between my workplace and their shop. Everybody I dealt with was courteous, helpful, and going out of their way to deal with a crunch problem under less-than-ideal circumstances. More
