My new Ford Fusion When my husband & I came into the dealership on Saturday, May 17th, we were greeted by Jonathan Amos. He was very friendly and immediately wanted to help accommodate us. I have had lower back surgery as well as neck surgery. So therefore, my first priority was looking for a car that I could get into without very much or little difficulty. He had me to sit down in a Fusion. He had to adjust the seat and headrest. He managed to find the perfect fit for me. My next request was the quality of vehicle for the price had to meet what I had been quoted by another dealership (the car they was good as well, at least I thought). I had only a certain amount of money that I could spend. (I was paying with cash and that's all I had.) The next thing was to actual drive the car I liked (red) with backup camera, which I had also requested at the beginning, I can not turn in any direction, so I really have to rely on mirrors and the camera for my safety. This was very important to me on my quest for a car. After driving the car and really liking it very much, decided to deal for the only price I could to purchase the Fusion. If the dealership could not meet my price then I was going to the other dealership because they had already done so. Magic City Ford meet my request for the price and I bought the car. I truly love the Fusion and the way it rides as well as the way it runs. My hats off to Jonathan and the folks at Magic City for a great experience in buying my car. This is the reason I rated the questions the way that I did. Now to learn all the things my new car can do for me. Jonathan gave me a good overview of the things but I will need to learn more. The car is very equipped with so much. I really love the way the car looks with all of its features. The work that has been done by Ford is really great in the styling, air seems to glade thru the car without much effort. It is really nice!!!! More

Customer for Life I must say I am a customer for life with Magic City Ford, and DeJuan Johnson.......in Roanoke. I have been a customer of Worthington Ford in Californ I must say I am a customer for life with Magic City Ford, and DeJuan Johnson.......in Roanoke. I have been a customer of Worthington Ford in California a few times, however I recently moved here to Roanoke and needed a new/used vehicle and I had my truck as a trade in. I found the entire dealership and employees friendly, upfront, honest, and " what you see is what you get" experience. I started my contact with DeJuan on the internet as I was browsing their selection of vehicles, and he was attentive, friendly, easy going, knowledgeable and very helpful with all my questions. When I came to the lot the first time to meet with DeJuan, i was skeptical, being cautious, however the experience just kept getting better. We had honest conversations, what he stated he did actually deliver, and I left in a 2012 Lincoln MKZ and top of the line lifetime service. I LOVE my Lincoln, I know if ever I need anything all I'll need to do is call DeJuan and all will be good. Great people and comfortable buying experience I was very pleased with my buying experience at magic city. I had done some car shopping around Roanoke, but when I got to magic city they made my sho I was very pleased with my buying experience at magic city. My salesman, Jaron Young, was very informative on all of the features offered in different models and helped me narrow down what was really important to me and my family in a vehicle. I over worked him, wanting to see and test many different vehicles, and even changing my mind at the last minute on one. But I was never made to feel like I was a bother, he helped me through the process and kept me happy all the way! Thanks! More
