I bought a brand new Ranger from Magic City, and was happy with the deal. However the back right tail light did not work properly and I took it into the service department. Magic City's service depart happy with the deal. However the back right tail light did not work properly and I took it into the service department. Magic City's service department fixed the tail light, but returned my brand new truck with a 9 inch scratch in the paint above the drivers side wheel well. Before leaving the dealership, I brought this to the service managers attention and after discussion he asked for some "time to investigate," and took down my phone number. I went back the next day, where I got the run around "yes sir I have your number and we'll take care of it." It has now been a week and there has been no phone call nor attempt to correct this error on the part of Magic City Ford; as such I have no faith in their Service department to do as the manager said that they would, and to complicate matters worse I purchased a service agreement that means I have to continue to do business with this dealership's service department. Shame on Magic City Ford for damaging my vehicle, and neglecting to fix it. More
I purchased a used Lincoln towncar and this dealer took care of everything, including moving articles and plates from old car to the new one. I found the entire experience as well as the great leftover wa care of everything, including moving articles and plates from old car to the new one. I found the entire experience as well as the great leftover warranty top grade. The only negative I have is the extended warranty they attempted to sell me when the original was running out. It was 2800 per year with a 250 deductible. I don't recommend the extended warranty, just this dealer. More
