Best sales and purchasing process I have ever had. I've purchase dozens of cars at dealerships ranging from the small to the big "no negotiation" dealers. This was by far the best experience I had. First, the salesman (Jason) never failed to be courteous and kept us informed of what was going on during the sales process so that we did not have to wonder what was going on. I went on a Saturday so I did expect it would take some time, but he stayed with us, let us know what was going on. The process went much quicker than I anticipated. Second, there was no hard sell, they did ask me if I wanted something as an option, was willing to explain what it was if I asked, but respected that if I said I didn't want it, they didn't push harder. Third, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to find a rate that was lower than my credit union. I had already decided to buy the car, and just let them compete for the financing by knowing what my credit unions rates were. More
