Well, our key did not fit so we settled on a free hot dog and a bottle of cold water -- and were approached by Jason Whetzel who offered to show us a 2014 Pre-Certified Ford Edge. We have owned a 2008 Ford Edge since 2009 and although we did not buy it at Eddins Ford, we have had it and another vehicle (2004 Ford Sport Trac) serviced there over many years. As Jason had only worked at Eddins for a few weeks, the District Manager (Emory Fuller) who was present during the tent sale stepped in to assist him with answering our questions. The owner of the dealership (Greg Fisher) even offered to drive the car to give us assurance the car met our expectations! After some negotiations and making a decision to buy the car, we met with Finance (Georgia Bennett) and completed everything needed to buy this vehicle. That was an expensive "free" hot dog!! More

Best car dealership I have ever worked with I have always had top quality work done on each car I've brought in in even non Ford's. Ashley Walker literally made my wife and I feel we were the only customers she was dealing with. Her care and determination to find us exactly what we wanted (which was not easy), was of a very high caliber, and helped make the process very easy. Every email and phone call was answered promptly, thoroughly, and while it may not seem like a big deal, using proper English. This all added up to my wife and I having confidence in Ashley, and knowing that she was being honest and forthright with us. At the time, I was "dealing" with three different Ford dealerships, all within 45 minutes of my house. Eddins was the the smallest, and while I felt this would put them at a disadvantage, I was clearly wrong. The effort that Ashley, supported by her sales manager John Bradley, put in to this sale demonstrated that Eddins is working significantly harder to earn a customers business than the other two "big" dealers. Since purchasing my truck, I have passed along my experience to all of my co-workers and friends who have asked (about 20 people). I would go back to Eddins, and Ashley in particular, for my next truck, without thought or hesitation. More
