Buying a car is not on my list of favorite things to do, it is probably closer to how some people view going to the dentist. But to my surprise, this wasn't the case. We had found a used car on-line that we were interested in and contacted Eddins. Ashley quickly got back with us and we made an appointment to see the car. Ashley had the car ready for us to look at and test drive (she had it inside out of the mist falling that day). We liked it and decided to buy if we could get the right price. Ashley worked with us on that in a very relaxed manner (no pressure) and met the price expectations that we could all agree on. I didn't feel we had to get in a haggling mode to get a reasonable deal which I appreciated because that is part of what I don't like about buying a car. Ashley took us in to see Georgie to get the finances taken care of. Again, there was no pressure , she was very kind and patient, very pleasant to deal with. After that Ashley patiently showed us all the features of the car before sending us on our way with the promise that we be sure to contact her if we ever have any questions. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. The people were all super pleasant to work with. Thanks! More

Buying a new car at Eddins Ford is a breeze! We came today to look at four cars. John Rapp was very patient with us and took us on test drives while our Explorer was getting an oil change.
