Hands Down Best Buying Experience! We have recently moved to the Madison, Va area and was in the market for another truck. I had a Dodge Ram to trade in and really was interested in another used Dodge. Since this dealership was right down the road from my house, I thought I'd stop in and see if they had any on the lot. Jason Whetzel greeted me in a professional manner and took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for. He didn't pressure me at all to change my mind about what I wanted and said he would let me know as soon as they had something that might interest me. Low and behold, three weeks later, Jason calls and says they have one I may want to look at! I couldn't believe he remembered me! From that moment on, I was sold on this dealership! Every step of the way was handled in a professional and courteous manner. These folks, from Jason to Randy Ward, and Jonathan Bradley were the nicest, most helpful staff we have ever seen at a dealership! There were a couple service items that were on a WE OWE and they were taken care of quickly and with the best of care. Roy and the entire service department are Top Notch! Above and beyond the entire time with this dealership, and I Didnt Even Buy a Ford! They have sold me on their honesty and integrity at this Dealership and I can't imagine a reason we will ever go anywhere else when we are in the market next time. A ruptured brake line and, unfortunately, a fuel injector needed replaced. The service department was most accommodating to service my vehicle into the weekend. David Frazier sensed my urgency and provided great part sourcing and communication. The diesel tech, Brandon Geer, did a flawless job and completed my vehicle on a scheduled day off; much appreciated. Lastly, the price was right in line with my personal mechanic back home. It is sad to walk by VP office who has a plush chair and the staff are sitting in broken/worn out chairs. As a customer I notice things like this. I did mention this to the VP and she brushed me off and gave me some excuse. You have to walk by VP office no matter where you are going in dealership and it is disheartening to see that she is very well taken off and can sit comfortable and the staff are sitting in worn out chairs. So I hope they take my recommendations and purchase new chairs. It is sad that a dealership who is family owned and has money can't drive down to Office Depot which is on the same Hwy as them and buy new chairs. They are not that expensive. More
