They treat you like a piece of meat and not a real person!! I went there to buy a car. I came in and filled out an app. and sat there and waited for about an hour for them to come back and say they can not help me!! I left and went to Metro Kia and left with a new car and no money down in about an hour. I called Mad City back to tell them I found a car and not to run by credit and so they proceeded to send my information to 12 places the next day to hit my credit with all those hard inquiries!!! They I believe are very dishonest and are very unprofessional and they are the ones that give good dealerships bad names because of their terrible tactics!!! My advice is to stay away from these JOKERS!!! More
The cars are junk!! Purchased a vehicle from them a while back. Being 'for the people' with poor credit myself I was thankful I was even considered to purchase a car with Purchased a vehicle from them a while back. Being 'for the people' with poor credit myself I was thankful I was even considered to purchase a car with my dire need for a new one. Luckily that's not my issue. My issue is the car itself. Real big pile of CRAP. Since I got it, I have had to put on four new tires, new calipers, breaks, rotors, tire pressure sensors, upper and lower control arms on both sides in the rear, one control arm in the front, and struts in the back have all been replaced. When I purchased the car Mad City was kind enough to put three different sized tires on it for me, none of which were the correct size to begin with. So far cost in fixing this lovely vehicle has cost me upwards of $3,500 and the car itself is only worth about $7,000. Perhaps this is my fault, having no clue what to look for when buying a car, being bullied into purchasing by being told, "Well this is probably the only car you're going to get with credit like yours" etc. I should have said no from the moment my wonderful saleswoman CANDY told me this was the only car that was available to me on a lot FULL of cars. Don't be me, do your research! Just because this place calls themselves "Mad City Mitsubishi" now and they claim to be the second top Mitsubishi dealership in the nation they are still owned by the same crooked cheapskates! More
Buyers beware of mad city sales Mad city sales is a burden to society!! Steve ganser, pat Mcnamer and there staff are extremely dishonest. The claim to be the dealer for the people, Mad city sales is a burden to society!! Steve ganser, pat Mcnamer and there staff are extremely dishonest. The claim to be the dealer for the people, but are the exact opposite. They have ripped off thousands of people. They sell vehicles that are bought at auctions and fix the minimum on them. Most don't make it more than a few thousand miles before they are in need of major repair. They will say and do just about anything to make a sale. When there is an issue they will say and do about anything to avoid spending any money or helping you. They make false promises, lies, or whatever it takes to screw you over. Thay truly are bad humans and a waste of oxygen. If you want to buy a vehicle that won't last at %25 interest, these dirt bags are the right guys to talk to. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time on these losers. More

We test drove fell in love and walked away happy with a great car. Everyone was upbeat with positive attitudes. Our salesman Andrew was so polite and great to work with. He took the time to explain how the process works and how we can improve our credit even better. Very informative about any questions we had. The final finance guy Lance was also the same way. Very humorous. It was just a great experience for just buying a car which can be very daunting. Thanx guys. Oh and Ms. Tracy too. She was just as nice. More
Horrible Experiance First we were lied to about a cracked windshield. At the time of the sale the salesman assured us he could not sell us a vehicle with a crack in the w First we were lied to about a cracked windshield. At the time of the sale the salesman assured us he could not sell us a vehicle with a crack in the windshield because it was against the law and they would fix it. After about a month of trying to get the issue resolved (the order was never actually placed) and no call backs, they finally informed us that we would have to pay for it. Second we were lied to about the payoff of our trade in vehicle. Since we were not planning on driving off the lot that day with a new vehicle, we did not have the exact pay off amount for our trade in and again, our salesman assured us that we will not have to worry about anything and that Mad City would cover the difference (which was only $94). Three weeks later we had gotten a call from our old lender stating that we still owed them money. According to the old lender Mad City had never called them for a payoff (like our salesman told us they would) and didn’t send them the payment (which wasn’t accurate) until 11 days after we left the lot with the truck. In the meantime the trade in vehicle was about to accrue another payment. After weeks of no call backs and lied to numerous times about approvals and what they have already paid, we were told that if we covered the windshield they would cover they payoff. Pretty slimy if you ask me. Thirdly we were pulled over (for going 5 over) and luckily got out of a fine of $200 for not having a registration or bill of sale for the truck. The dealership had never given us any paperwork and when we inquired about it we were informed that it was in the mail, and we would have to wait. After a call to the local police department I was told that the dealership was supposed to give us something because there is no way for law enforcement to know that it was not a stolen vehicle. After talking to the salesman, he said he would email me something stating the car was owned by Mad City and we were “test driving” it. Never received that email. After calling and leaving messages over 10 times in about a month, I have never received a call back. I was blatantly lied to on numerous occasions, treated very poorly by the service department and receptionist, and spent countless hours trying to resolve issues that would have never happened if this company had ethical business practices. I hope that this will help other consumers avoid such a horrible experience. I will certainly never go back there and advise others the same. More
