"Great Genesis Dealership But Not The Genesis" I traded-I a perfectly smooth, quiet, solid, and flawless 2012 Genesis for this new lovely to look at 2016 which has a noisy engine,clunky, noisy, rat I traded-I a perfectly smooth, quiet, solid, and flawless 2012 Genesis for this new lovely to look at 2016 which has a noisy engine,clunky, noisy, rattles, and shudders over small bumps. seems to have some looseness in the front end, a rattle under the steering column, and (motor mounts?) greater engine vibration than my previous Genesis. Embarrassing. I loved to offer to have friends drive my 2012, but not this one. The sales staff at Mack Grubbs is great. I'm hoping that Genesis might contact me and push the local dealership in my hometown of Slidell, Louisiana to fix these issues. More
