The service department at MacMulkin is so horrible especially Mark the service advisor. He is so rude and just disregards any concerns you have he makes such a terrible impact on this business! But honestly, the whole service department is horrible down to where you get loaner cars. The two girls that work there are so unprofessional and have absolutely no professionalism or people skills. I have now started taking my Cadillac to Banks Chevrolet to have it serviced, even though I bought my car at MacMulkin. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle at Banks Chevrolet. Honestly I made this decision not because of the sales department at MacMulkin they were extremely professional and very nice but I cannot deal with how horrible their service department is. It’s not worth the trouble after such an expensive purchase I think customer service is everything. I’m sure I’m not the only person that feels this way about their service department! It’s a shame because the business itself is a pretty good! They definitely need to be more focused on keeping their customers not just selling their product! More
I called to set an appointment for an oil change in my 2024 Z06. I spoke with Russell Johnson a few weeks ago and he was fantastic to work with. He was kind enough to let me know that my car had a few s 2024 Z06. I spoke with Russell Johnson a few weeks ago and he was fantastic to work with. He was kind enough to let me know that my car had a few software updates that they could perform at the same time. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted nicely by multiple people. I asked for Russell and he said, Good morning, Charlie. I found that very impressive as we had not met before. I arrived early and Russell did a complete walk around of the vehicle and took photos. He plugged into the car and went over the printout with me prior to being shown the very nice customer lounge. I walked around the dealership for about an hour and was told good morning from every employee I encountered. I stopped back to talk with Russell and the other advisors and they asked if I had tried the cafeteria. I said no, but ended up grabbing breakfast. I am glad I did as the food was top notch. Russell notified me when the car was ready and pulled the car up for me. I can honestly say that I will absolutely, without a doubt be going to MacMulkin for any service that needs performed on my Corvette. Top notch company with great employees. More

Several months ago I placed a $4,000 deposit on an ERay. Per their terms a customer may get a full refund if the order is cancelled before the build starts. I was number 810 on the list so delivery was at least a year off. I cancelled my buy on March 5 and asked for my refund. Since then I continue to get e mails that the check is “in the mail” . As of today April 6, no check. When I call them, I get “it’s been sent, let me know if you don’t receive it by next week”. I no longer trust MacMulkin Chevrolet. Regrettably my claim will end with the New Hampshire office of consumer affairs and another sad experience with a chevy dealership. Great cars, the dealerships not so much… More
