He was a consummate 'rep' for all ! ~ going over & above : giving benefit of time, reassurances - and professional in all dealings .. I could not have been in "better hands" ! ~ He was just as enthused as I ! - for helping me set up good radio music , was very patient and caring , for any & all "little' questions I had ... ~ Mark will be my "go to guy" in the future, if I need further 'tutorials' , for all the Equinox has to offer !!! If any friend / relative , is ever "in the market" for a new car ? I will definitely recommend the Equinox -- and deal with Mark !!! More
Originally I towed my car to MacMulkin because of an electrical issue. Two days later I saw smoke and smelled rubber coming from the hood near the radiator. I towed my Cadillac back to dealership. Afte electrical issue. Two days later I saw smoke and smelled rubber coming from the hood near the radiator. I towed my Cadillac back to dealership. After one hour. of diagnosis at $98 they stated I need a new water pump at a cost of $500 and new head gasket $3500/$4000 for a total cost over $4K. I towed car to my mechanic who found that the upper rail hose was chaffing against the water pump belt and spraying the water pump and train housing. He replaced the upper hose. Are the mechanics at MacMulkin that incompetent or did they just want to screw a female consumer? There is a big difference between replacing a hose or replacing a water pump. This dealership has screwed me with a misdiagnosis and report of my vehicle! Highly recommend that you DO NOT take your vehicle to MacMulkin Chevrolet. I will ensure to tell all the military folks and personnel I know at Hanscom AFB about the service I received! More

Went in to look for new, prefeerably feul efficient, car and was greeted right away. The man asked what we were looking for, and after we told him, he pointed us toward the sonic and said he needed to do s and was greeted right away. The man asked what we were looking for, and after we told him, he pointed us toward the sonic and said he needed to do something inside and would be out in five minutes. We could not find the cars so we decided we would wait for him to come back. After 20 minutes, we decided he must not be coming back so we left. More
Paul andSteve are friendly and fair, and worked with us to find a car that suited our price, and needs. The solution they came up with exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend. I found a 2006 Honda CRV SE on a web listing and made contact with internet sales. The internet sales rep was the only one who made contact several times to be sure I found the dealership and was taken contact with internet sales. The internet sales rep was the only one who made contact several times to be sure I found the dealership and was taken care of. I rode 2 hours to look at this car and felt very strongly I would be buying it. Before I took it for a ride I noticed 2 chips in the windshield. Mark and John told me they would fill them but that they didn't need to replace the windshield. After the test drive we filled in paper work to complete the sale. The finance manager couldn't get me loan/financing confirmation until Monday. The whole team if you watch them as you wait are an uninvolved group of employees. As one review I read after the fact, they are standing around shooting the breeze. I got a call sometime on Monday about the loan. To make this work I had to do a lot of driving. And I live 2 hours away and I run a busy delivery based business. So I commit to going to Nashua in sync with a delivery route toward Boston and tell Mark I will be there around 6:00 PM. I get there 6:15 and he isn't there and no one is too quick to help me. I need to bring a cashier's check for the full down payment, they wouldn't take a personal check on Saturday. Needless to say I was annoyed. Finally a salesman, Anthony Lake, did the paper work with me and got a receipt. I was there over a half hour and Mark still hadn't shown up from a test drive. As soon as they knew that car was sold, the attention was over. Mark had wanted to know what plates I was putting on the car...I needed new plates, there was no trade in....not too bright. Back in Massachusetts I went to the registry and discovered the RMV1 and the title had different mileage on them and got sent away to get a notarized affidavit about the correct mileage. I wasn't going back to NH again. I called...Mark not there John Levin not there. The receptionist tried to find me someone....a guy named Steve but the next day when I called to talk to Steve he said he didn't know what my situation was and he wasn't the one who spoke with me previously...there is no other Steve in the staff pictures..They hadn't called me to try to rectify the situation I needed to hunt them down. They weren't coming to me with the corrected form either. They were responsible and they had my money and they don't care at all about customer service. I did get Mark to drive to Leominster and I drove 1 hour to get to Leominster myself to get the corrected forms. I got the plate, I had arranged for my niece to go with me for the last 2 hour one way, 4 hour round trip to pick up the car. Mark said it had been detail really well....he wasn't there to deliver the car...John Levin found an employee to put the plates on it. The least they could have done was polished the tires with some armorall but no. I have sinced called to voice my disappointment, no response. The car had a remote starter that I learned about with the receiving of a second set of keys, it doesn't work and I called Mark and got no response. These guys are creepy and slimey. I wanted the car and I believe it will be exactly what I want but they couldn't have been more uninvolved and detached once they knew it was sold. I took it to my mechanic people in Noho Mass and they shined the tires, they checked the starter...they weren't looking for any extra fees. Just nice people. Do not go from out of state to this dealership. There are no protections if there is something wrong with the car after you drive away. They aren't going to make sure you have what you need to register it either....all of the sales reps liked telling me that their dealership isn't tied into MassDot to help with the registration and they don't have runners even to right over the line to places like Dracut, Lowell, Tyngsboro...I was just amazed at the limited people skills and honorable salesmanship. And by the by I scraped off the MacMulkin lettering on the back of the car and threw the license plate frame in the trash. I don't want to advertise for anybody who can't just be helpful human beings. More
Mark did such a great job with all his knowledge of the car and the way he handled me with no pressure approach it was a pleasure dealing with him. In the past I had bad experiences with other dealerships. car and the way he handled me with no pressure approach it was a pleasure dealing with him.
