Granted this isn't an ideal time to be purchasing a vehicle with no inventory on the lots and high consumer demand.... which means the dealer is in the driver's seat. Even so, out of all the vehicles I have purchased over the years, my experience with McDonald's motors has been the worst. I could have done without the chippy attitudes with constant reminders of take it or leave it statements since there are a dozen other customers that will buy it if you don't want it. Once I did agree to the purchase, I was treated even worse when I told them I did not want to finance with them or purchase any of their extra packages. Honestly, they really didn't care how poor their customer service was because as they kept reminding me that they really don't have to do anything right now to continue to have record sales months. More

We saw a car on their website we liked. We called and worked with Rick as we live almost 3 hours away. He was very helpful and friendly.
