The shop was able to diagnose what was causing my check engine light promptly, and replaced the part way ahead of schedule. My Service Advisor kept me in the loop throughout the time my truck was in the sh engine light promptly, and replaced the part way ahead of schedule. Some my previous dealing with dealership were not so great your best service guy is an older guy I think it John but not sure but also after I left the truck I had ask for a full break job front and bac great your best service guy is an older guy I think it John but not sure but also after I left the truck I had ask for a full break job front and back the person that called me told me he did not recommend replacing back breaks it was no need I really though that was great it saved me money and put a little trust in your dealership. I have a new request my truck makes a loping sound when I make a hard turn I was looking for recall on front ball joints or a tie rod but could not find any but I work with two other guy that told me that there’s does the same thing. Could I get some feedback on this issue. More

I brought my 4 Runner in due to the back hatch struts not working anymore. They diagnosed the problem quickly, Ralph explained to me that I need new struts, he ordered them and set the appointment to be ins working anymore. They diagnosed the problem quickly, Ralph explained to me that I need new struts, he ordered them and set the appointment to be installed. I was happy the the price of both the parts and the labor. Hopefully the struts will come in right away and the hatch will be repaired next week. More
