My car was only there to evaluate it for fixing the paint. NOTHING was wrong other than that. I get it back and now it does not respibd to EITHER OF TWO key fobs that both recieved NEW batteries from t paint. NOTHING was wrong other than that. I get it back and now it does not respibd to EITHER OF TWO key fobs that both recieved NEW batteries from the same shop about a month ago. Manager only willing to assess fobs. Wants to charge US $175 to just lift the hood to assess the keyless entry antennae. We are long time customers at this shop, having bought 3 cars there and always using them for service. We have never encountered a problem, much less reported a problem, with their service in the past. THIS SITUATION IS UNTENABLE. More

Service was good, but I had my car in for accident repair and the paint doesn't match. I ask them to replace my windshield while it was there and they waited till the car was finished than called me back to and the paint doesn't match. I ask them to replace my windshield while it was there and they waited till the car was finished than called me back to tell me they had to order the windshield and it would another week. I ask them also to replace my wipers which wasn't done either. Along with checking the auto shift RPM's that was acting up. Now a week later I have to take it back for these items to be completed.
