In for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion, I was handed my bill without any explanation as to the service performed. No tire tread depth info. No brake pad info. Nothing. And the biggest complaint...MY SEAT WAS COMPLETELY RE-ADJUSTED. WHY??? The "runner" is only in my vehicle for about 1 minute. LEAVE MY xxxx SEAT ALONE!!!!!! There is no need for them to adjust anything at all for the length of time they are in my vehicle. More

Mac Haik Toyota was excellent from day one to today, October 25 when we finally picked up our 2016 Highlander that had significant damage. They made it look like it never happened.
