I was told the wait would be at least an hour to an hour and a half. At 2 hours I went up to the desk to check since I could still see my car in the sane place I had parked it upon arrival. I was told t and a half. At 2 hours I went up to the desk to check since I could still see my car in the sane place I had parked it upon arrival. I was told they were getting to it. I might have believed this had I not witnessed at least 5 people come in after I arrived for service and leave even before I went to the desk. I watched as the service person looked for paper work and went into the work area. Ten minutes later my car was taken back. I also listened as 4 customers were called to come and get cars left earlier in the morning My experience with leaving my car has been that walk ins and appointments were taken care if first and drop offs were taken care of and out by the end of the day. I have had every service done for my car in it 103,000 miles at this location. The service has never been so slow or the personnel so Uncaring fir the customer. Needless to say I was not impressed with the service I received today. More
