Yesterday day I had my oil change They checked the air filter & didn’t Secure the cover back!!! WTH!!!!! It’s a good thing I’m changing it TODAY !!! Charged me a diagnostic fee when I had a vehicle warranty. Was told by another dealership I shouldn’t have been charged anything. Next day my oil was completely empty as well and there was supposed warranty. Was told by another dealership I shouldn’t have been charged anything. Next day my oil was completely empty as well and there was supposed to be a full diagnostic on my car as to why it was losing power. My mechanic notified me that I was supposed to have a service interval done and this wasn’t even mentioned to me by mac haik. I was also charged two days for a rental and only had it for a day. I won’t be back to this dealership. Service was made to seem good but I was very disappointed with how my Supra was handled. More
