Terrible experience. Truck is still not fixed because of a part that they installed that is messed up or they just forgot it in the first place. Now waiting on a reopen o Truck is still not fixed because of a part that they installed that is messed up or they just forgot it in the first place. Now waiting on a reopen of my claim so they can order another part. After they told me my truck was fixed and I drove to get it inspected and failed. Now I paid for that inspection and won't get it in time because of this. Someone dropped the ball here and no one wants to step up and say anything. I emailed the manager and got nothing back. I doubt they will even give me an inspection after they try and fix my truck again. But I am owed it for them not comunicating with me properly and not checking to see if my truck was fixed in the first place. More

The service was not good for myself, good for my daughter as I signed her papers, but when I wanted a car they blew it off, and told me I had to keep paying on my Mercedes, they could not help nor acted is as I signed her papers, but when I wanted a car they blew it off, and told me I had to keep paying on my Mercedes, they could not help nor acted is if they did not care, very rude and there's no excuse for this matter, I will never by a car from them. been having service done at this dealer since it was star toyota. had to find a new service writer (RALPH) since the one i use to go to seems complacent and short tempered, (ROBERT B.) i guess Robert is gett toyota. had to find a new service writer (RALPH) since the one i use to go to seems complacent and short tempered, (ROBERT B.) i guess Robert is getting long in the tooth working there and no longer cares about his attitude towards customers especially when they spend a xxxx load off money. i ended up going to mike calvert toyota the last and final time i talked to BROPSON about a alignment. he copped a attitude when i asked about any specials which mike calvert gladly gave me. came back for a second try at mac haik and found RALPH since i have more confidence in M. HAIK service dept. (more seasoned). More
