Fast, reliable work from professional staff. I drive past two other Toyota dealerships, (one is walking distance from my house) for the service I receive here. Yes. Service was poor. Communication was very bad. I did not receive the service I had requested and an attempt to overcharge me was made by your service Service was poor. Communication was very bad. I did not receive the service I had requested and an attempt to overcharge me was made by your service team. Work was done on my vehicle I told you I did not need (oil change) and the work I requested was not done (radiator fluid change). And, you Service Manager was not helpful to me. I came back to try to talk and resolve an "Engine Maintenance Required' warning light and was told it would be $579.00 to repair. Instead I paid $130.00 in parts office and had the service done for $257.00 at another repair shop, which ultimately saved me over $190.00. I have purchased 9 Toyotas over the last 20+ years and love the vehicles, but I do not respect, like or appreciate Mac Haik Toyota and you have lost my business. Thank you for receiving this.
