Anytime I take my truck in for service the service techs are always very helpful. Vidal was awesome at keeping me updated with my truck. I have an intoxlox box on my car. I let the people know about this. They let the box lockout. This cost me $75 to unlock. Luckily I didn’t get stranded there and have to call a tow.
