Express Service was not. Made appointment three days prior. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment time, but was not checked in for ten minutes and truck not taken back for s Made appointment three days prior. Express waiting area was crowded and uncomfortable. Snacks were overpriced. Also needed spurious recall notice cleared from My Toyota App. Required check in at regular service and another wait for tech to confirm that I did not have the Tonneau cover involved in the recall. People were nice enough, but processes clearly do not prioritize customer's time, convenience nor comfort. Two hours to get tires rotated and nonsensical recall cleared. More

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT customer service oriented. Service department was closing at 2pm. I arrived at 1:30pm. They said they would service the car with an oil change. After 25 - 30 minutes of waiting they said they ran into a problem and decided not to service my car because they were closing, and it might not have been done in time for them to leave. When I asked to speak to the mechanic that was working on my car, he was already gone at 2pm on the dot. That is not good customer service. More
