I stopped by to have my car check due to the service now message on my dashboard. The shop was full and the wait time would have been longer than planned. Mason greeted me at the counter and after a brief discussion he sent one of your workers out to check my car. I have very low miles on my car and the time for an oil change since my last visit is in August of this year. Mason has helped me on other occasions with both of my Toyota vehicle and he is always professional and thorough in his working with me. Nick was my salesman didn’t give me correct information about using my lifetime oil change. The maintenance department was not attentive when I walked in. I was told to give the guy a moment and he walked about using my lifetime oil change. The maintenance department was not attentive when I walked in.
