The only reason Daniel didnt get 5 stars is i would have appreciated a sooner call back letting me know that there would be a delay in gett came in. I had an appointment for an oil change and state inspection at 9:30 which I was on time for. There was a large rush at the time, so I expected some delay, but I had an appointment. While I was waiti inspection at 9:30 which I was on time for. There was a large rush at the time, so I expected some delay, but I had an appointment. While I was waiting, everyone who was in the waiting area had their service completed, and I saw probably a dozen others come and go (including walk-ins). My truck was still parked in the lot. It was moved in and out of the service bay three times (first time, for about 2 minutes). After an hour I asked why my truck was still not being serviced, and was told that I just happened to come in at a busy time. I'd understand that if I did not have an appointment. The service took 2 full hours to complete, and when checking out, I learned that I wasn't even checked in until 10am, 30 minutes after I handed over my keys. I did get a $20 discount, but no explanation other than the state inspection "probably pushed it over the top." I challenged that and the service rep told me that inspections take about 20 minutes. Okay. Oil change and inspection still should not take nearly that long, especially when I was there with an appointment and saw walk-ins being serviced and completed numerous times while my truck was still parked in the lot. It seems mandatory that I rate each individual. I don't recall, so I am going to mark each as a 3. FOLLOWUP EDIT: The dealership reached out to me and I am very happy with the resolution. I appreciate the response from Mac Haik Toyota. More
