Ralph Accardo was the rudess most inconsiderate person I have ever met, he would not listen to my explanation of the vehicles problem. He should not be in customer service with and attitude like he display have ever met, he would not listen to my explanation of the vehicles problem. He should not be in customer service with and attitude like he displays let alone an employee of Mac Haik Toyota. I have perchased more that one vehicle from them and have always had them do my vehicles service but not anymore. Did however deal with a young man named Jose Martinezes at the collision shop. He was very helpful and checked out the vehicles problem and explained everything in detail. I would deal with him anytime.In my opinion customer service is what keeps customers returning More

The service was great. The shuttle driver was also very nice, although she unnecessarily avoided main roads.
