Price was great, service documentation was great, service was slow. I had a 3 pm appointment, showed up at the service center just before 3 pm. My car didn't roll into the service bay until 3:30. I was watch was slow. I had a 3 pm appointment, showed up at the service center just before 3 pm. My car didn't roll into the service bay until 3:30. I was watching. Short of a power outage or declared emergency, I expect my car to be attended to within 10 minutes of my appointment and prompt arrival. More
