Ralph always does an excellent job related to customer relationships and professional service. I have always been satisfied with the workmanship. The recommendation I would make is to try and bring down relationships and professional service. I have always been satisfied with the workmanship. The pricing for the extra brake job was competative with others in our area and I was plenty surprised to find out the quock maintenance section was able to complete it without an appointmentwith 4 hours. The oil/filter changed price was very competitive to other facilities in the area. They were quick and efficient and I will most likely use them again. More
I've gone to this service center for years, but I will no longer be going back. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for the dealer recommended service for my mileage, which the sticker on my windshield from the last visit said tire rotation. I got there at about 11:15 AM and they told me it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. Cool, no big deal. I told them I needed a new battery for my key fob because it said it was low and they said no big deal we can do that. Over two and a half hours later, I am asked if they want me to replace the light on my license plate. I said sure, as long as it's not going to be a long wait. Another 15-20 minutes goes by and finally I get to pay and leave. There was an oil change and my tires were rotated. I was so upset about how long this took that I didn't even check or ask about the key battery. I got in my car and left. On my drive home, the tire pressure light pops up on my dashboard. I figure maybe it's because it's cold outside and the temperature change caused it. I get home and use my air compressor with gauge to check the air on all of my tires. The front and back on the drivers side were fine. I get to the back passenger and the pressure was fine, but the tire valve stem cap was so loose I barely had to twist it to get it off. Then I get to the front passenger tire and there's no tire valve stem cap. I get in my car and go to Autozone to get new caps. Before I even leave my garage, the "no key detected" notification is going on my dash. I think to myself that is strange, I have the key in my purse. I double check and yes, it is in my purse right next to me. On the drive to Autozone, the notification on my dash says "key battery low". They didn't replace the battery in my key fob. And didn't screw on the tire valve stem caps on the passenger side enough and I lost the front passenger cap. Terrible experience. A huge waste of my time and money. More
Dealership has attentive, kind personnel. Service has always been exceptional along with the staff, James and Mason. One problem is no one in Express Service answering phones. Asked again at check in, was told again that it would be. Hour and a half later, I was told that it wasn't checked, I would need to make another appointment, and that would cost me 80 dollars just to have it looked at. But hey, no one will ever read this, so what does any of that matter. Poop butt, sprinkles hot sauce tickle stick. More
