Its your employee and your employee did not follow standard procedures. Its not customer's fault and your customer shouldn't be paying your employee's mistake or wrong doing!!! Warranty is warranty, you should honored it. And not ignore the problem during warranty period and willing to do anything AFTER warranty expired!!!
