Overall, the staff are courteous, and the routine maintenance service can be completed in about 40 minutes. Therefore, it’s my go to place for maintenance services because of vicinity. However, the staffs appear lack of related knowledge. Once I was told about rear axis leakage problem during multipoint check in routine maintenance, and was suggested to have full mechanical check. But it was difficult to get an appointment and the car drove just fine. And nothing was checked or fixed. Months later another multipoint check during the next maintenance showed that everything was fine. Apparently, the leakage problem healed itself or never existed. When I was suggested to have tire replacement and offered some options in store, I asked a few questions of these tire options, such as friction index, temperature grade, etc. and to my surprise, the staff knew nothing about the answers or where to find the info, and had to call another guy who apparently didn’t know either. I eventually replaced tires at Discount Tires. And the most recent visit was told that I can rotate the tires or do it next time. I chose to rotate since I was already there, but it took over one hour for the rotation to be done, much longer than usual visits. Overall I think it’s a fair place to have routine maintenance services, and there’s certainly room for improvement. More
