I only had it overnight, but it sure spoiled me. Ebony was my representative and she was very friendly and very helpful during the checkout process. Very positive experience! More

No kidding she really makes a difference in this world of slap it together and hope they don't notice kind of service we all have experienced from other toyota dealers, but not when you are at Mac Haik and you are working with Janie Elizondo. I am sure I am not the only one that feels this way as she has taken care of people I have sent there from other toyota repair shops. Bottom line is she does not disappoint, on a continues basis, something rare these days, and believe me its appreciated. More
Awesome customer service! I had a flat and was unable to get my tire off. I called up to the quick express to find out if I was using the key right.
