The service Excellent. EVAP canister $$$$$. Very friendly reception from Taylor Peterson. I told him my problem and he told me what how long the diagnosis would take and when he would call me - Very friendly reception from Taylor Peterson. The cost to replace the EVAP canister struck me as high at almost $1,600. In hindsight I probably should have shopped this around. Taylor let me know the car was ready but it took me a few hours to come in. When I did he wasn’t there but I popped over to the cashiers they were very friendly and ready to finish my transaction - which again was excellent! Several times at Autonation if the service advisor or the cashier wasn’t available the entire process stopped. I don’t go there anymore. More
The oil change and tire rotation were done in less than 30 m I did not find any dirty finger prints on both inside and outside of my car. The overall experience is very satisfactory. She immediately scheduled a service appointment and within a couple of hours we were at the dealership. Janie greeted my wife and I with a big smile and wasted no time to get our vehicle in the shop and looked at. She always comes through when needed and goes above and beyond to make sure that things are done well and all issues are resolved. My vehicle's check engine light came on when I was driving to work last Friday, and I called Janie as soon as I could to ask what I should do. She checked with the technicians to see whether it would be safe for me to drive my vehicle in to the dealership or have it towed. By the time I got it there, she already had the service scheduled and had arranged a ride to get me home. Next morning the vehicle was repaired, and I was back on the road again that afternoon. Janie takes great care of her customers, and I trust her absolutely. More
