Great oil change/service experience! I came into the dealership for an oil change tire rotation on this occasion. While at the dealership, I inquired about a possible alignment issue. Problem not fixed My 2019 Toyota 4Runner Nightshade with 800 miles wanders and will not travel straight on the highway with out constantly having to make slight adjustm My 2019 Toyota 4Runner Nightshade with 800 miles wanders and will not travel straight on the highway with out constantly having to make slight adjustments to the steering wheel. it will wander to the right and you make a slight adjustment to the steering wheel and it wanders to the left. I took it in and the alignment was slightly out of adjustment and they realigned it and said that would take care of the problem. It didnt change a thing. My wife returned it a few days later and they said they drove it and then drove several other 4Runners on the lot to compare them with mine. They called me and informed me that the other new 4Runners drive the same way and that there was no problem. In other words "THEY ALL DO IT". I bought a band 2016 Toyota Tundra 1794 and it drives perfectly and does not have this problem. I cant imagine paying people paying $47.000.00 for a vehicle and then hating to have to drive it. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE VEHICLE. The people are very nice however. More
