staff not aware of coupons I brought my car in for the 20000 mile check. I needed windshield wipers. There was an online coupon for 20% off. I had to show it to the check in person as he was totally unaware of it. He said it must just be in the parts dept. However, I pointed out to him that it specifically said it was in the fast track service department. I chose to go to O'Reilly's and purchase the wipers. They were cheaper and they put them on free. I was waiting quite a while for the service at MacHeik when I noticed my car sitting a few rows out. I asked if it was ready. They apologized for not getting it to me when it was ready. I think I spent several extra minutes waiting for my car. It took well over an hour for the routine service. More

I've purchased used as well as new Corollas, 4-Runners, Highlanders and a Tacoma (2003). I've had them do bodywork and general maintenance for many years, as they're professional, to the point and provide quality workmanship. I just walked in yesterday unannounced and needed my wife's highlander tires rotated. I was there for about 30min, then I was gone. In & out. Done. Guess that's why I keep going back, eh? More
Super fast and efficient I brought my Toyota to the dealership first thing in the morning (~7:40 a.m.) because I believed I had an alternator issue. I did not have an appointment, but they accepted my car into the shop nonetheless. Within 2 hours they had already diagnosed the problem and called me with the info and if I wanted to go ahead and get it fixed. What was great was that they already had the parts in stock. And they were able to get everything fixed and running by 2 p.m. that same day! Taylor was very polite and courteous, along with the lady in billing. The cost was within the amount I had estimated when first taking it in, so that was cool. It was so nice to not have to wait days for my car to be ready, like I have experienced from other service centers. It has been 2 days since the service, and so far everything in the car is running just fine! More
