Good customer relations, but not satisfied with results The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm having an issue with my wheels squeaking. I had the same problem the last time I came in fo The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm having an issue with my wheels squeaking. I had the same problem the last time I came in for maintenance many months ago and they said new brakes would fix the issue. Even though the squeaking did not happen when the brakes were applied but only in the morning when the car was cold and the tires were spinning. So I went ahead and had the brakes replaced and that did resolve the issue for a week, but after a week, the squeaking returned. I relayed all this to the service dept. this time. They indicated that they were able to replicate the squeaking during this service appt. but couldn't find anything wrong and that replacing the brakes would fix the issue. I asked the service tech. if my brakes otherwise were in good shape and he told me that yes, they are only worn about 1/3. So I don't need brake, but they want to replace my brakes anyway to stop the squeaking. Seems to me like they are just addressing the symptom and not the real issue. I'm frustrated. More
