You can trust these guys. The biggest issue I've always had with any car repair place is the upsell. Mac Haik definitely does this, but the "sale" part is low pressure. You go in for a oil change and they are going to get you to do some other maintenance or buy some other recommended service. You can count on it. But I get the sense that they are legit. I do find it hard to schedule a service appointment. It can take a while to get a live person to answer the phone, and the service number seems hard to find online. I like the employees. More

Can’t do tire rotations without a wheel lock. Taylor in service department is great. However, the express department turned my son down for a tire rotation because he didn’t have a wheel lock and Taylor in service department is great. However, the express department turned my son down for a tire rotation because he didn’t have a wheel lock and said they could not remove it. We had to go to discount for the tire rotation and removal of the wheel lock. Disappointed. More

Oil & Filter service The only thing I can say is-- you are too high priced for just an oil and filter change- $60.00??
