Excellent Communication and Accurate Time Estimate I was told over the phone drastically different times that the recall task would take and after being transferred 6 times I decided to just show up to I was told over the phone drastically different times that the recall task would take and after being transferred 6 times I decided to just show up to the appointment and find out the real story then. After speaking with the service team, I found the specific time amount that the task was going to take. I had a hard set appointment later in the day and they confirmed that they would be completed before then. They offered a shuttle for me back home and sure enough an hour before the agreed time they called to shuttle me back to pickup my vehicle. Excellent work Service Team.
