great service and awesome employees I had my daughters moms 2002 Toyota Sequoia towed into your dealership Friday afternoon after someone broke into my tuck and stole everything out of i I had my daughters moms 2002 Toyota Sequoia towed into your dealership Friday afternoon after someone broke into my tuck and stole everything out of it including 33 thousand dollars worth of medications for my 7 year old daughter that we just got from Texas Children's Hospital that she needs to live just a few Hrs. before and in the process they took her moms bag with her only key to her Toyota, we were very upset when we got there but everyone was so nice and helpful it took the stress off of us for a bit. they were not able to get her key programmed to her car that day due to the internet being disconnected but promised me they would have it fixed the next day. I went back up there on Saturday and it was ready to go. Taylor Peterson was my service advisor and did everything he could do to help and did a awesome job. when I was ready to check out Tammie Kennedy the wonderful lady behind the counter handed me my paper work and told me to have a wonderful day. I was confused because I hadn't paid for it yet and that was when I was informed that she heard what happened the day before and she paid for it, I was lost for words and started to tear up and couldn't thank her enough for what she did. its great to see that you have such great employees and they all deserve a pat on the back for the great work they did and do. you have a LIFE TIME COUSTMER HERE and that's a promise. thanks again Kenneth Rogers More

A tire dealership told me that my differential fluid was low and smelled burnt. I have my Tundra serviced regularly at Mac Haik. I checked my service records and found I had my truck serviced 1300 miles ear low and smelled burnt. I have my Tundra serviced regularly at Mac Haik. I checked my service records and found I had my truck serviced 1300 miles earlier with no mention of problems with my differential fluid. 11300 miles earlier the dealership changed my differential fluid. I took my truck to Mac Haik, they looked at the differential fluid, they showed me the level was correct and their was no burnt smell. They gave me a service report and did not charge me anything. Great job Mac Haik Toyota. More
