Went in for a routine oil change with an appointment. After a 45 minute wait, my car had not been taken back, but I was told that I needed 4 new tires. When I asked why my car hadn't been taken back, I was told that just because I had a 1:00 appointment, doesn't mean my car will be worked on at 1:00. I asked for my keys and left without an oil change. Will not be going back, not for an oil change or to purchase a new car with that kind of customer service. More

I was inundated with requests for feedback following this simple oil change. I have left several reviews, and it wastes my time to keep giving feedback for this service. Again, my car was not serviced at my simple oil change. I have left several reviews, and it wastes my time to keep giving feedback for this service. Again, my car was not serviced at my appointment time, rather the roving parking lot gentleman called me out to the car to show me the normal wear on my tires. Yes my car is 6 years old and I am planning new tires, just not the day I scheduled my oil change. Only after this exchange did my car go in for service. I waited much longer than previous visits because of this. Oh, and the printer was out so I did not get the printout of the seven point inspection, but James was kind enough to write on my receipt which items might pop up next time. I also received a barrage of texts from different numbers during my stay and afterward, also asking for feedback. Geez, let me sit in peace. Each time my review just gets less complimentary. More
