Yesterday service had my Avalon Hybrid for about 2 hours servicing it. Today IT DENR me an emessage adviding me that I had to change me Air filter. I paid extra for the all weather floor mats in an effort to save value on my car. I bought car through James Bui. It was two months before they even ordered the floor mats and both James Bui and Darren Day to save value on my car. I bought car through James Bui. It was two months before they even ordered the floor mats and both James Bui and Darren Day lied about ordering them. The detail service was very poor as well. They left such a mess in my wifes car when we bought it. The salesman then was named Mr. Green, and he was an absolute liar. It seems nobody there is trustworthy or will put in the extra effort for their customers. I will not be getting another vehicle from that dealership. More

Ralph was great at making sure I stayed in the loop. The appointment setter could not tell if I would be provide a loaner. This did not make sense to me. When I’m bringing my truck in for a recalls.
