Well my 2022 Tundra xxxx the bed when the engine blew up at 15k miles on the ODO. Ralph in service got it all taken care of under Toyota warranty and took care of a recall I wasn’t aware on top of that. The at 15k miles on the ODO. The ladies in the rental department made sure I had a brand new rental vehicle to drive while my truck was being fixed; warranty paid for that too. 10/10 on all counts. Truck is running great now. I’ll be back for my service with them from now on. More

Service is fine but think it is weak to charge extra for using a credit card. Your service is already expensive without adding. I left the last Toyota service group because of this. Brought in for routine maintenance. Received call telling me had a nail in my tire but, since the tires were nearly due for replacement did I want to go ahead and get new ones. Received a call shortly after letting me know some completely difference tires had been installed (at an increased price). Agreed to it only after discovering that I wasn't given the full story on the cheaper option that I had wanted at the time. So, $20 tire rotation finished at $1668 (including the "credit card fee" that really ticked me off). Also, there were a few extra miles on the odometer when i got it back. More
