Jon got me in for an oil change and a new set of tires when I'd originally only scheduled an oil change and rotation. He got the wheel alignment done and even though he warned me of the wait, still got me when I'd originally only scheduled an oil change and rotation. I am pleased with the service. i just wish Toyota designed an engine to where the consumer can change their own spark plugs. It sucks to pay over $600.00 for oil change, spark plug replacement and re designed an engine to where the consumer can change their own spark plugs.
