I've never had any complaints with this dealership except for my last oil change. I received a call stating that the technician brought the service writer a dirty cabin air filter and that it needed replace for my last oil change. I received a call stating that the technician brought the service writer a dirty cabin air filter and that it needed replacement -- a cabin air filter that I personally removed three years ago from my cabin. When I came to the dealership, the service writer tried to backtrack over his words and state that the mechanic wrote "no air filter" and scratched out that it needed one. It was clearly in the service writer's handwriting and even in his color pen. I'm VERY disappointed with this farcical experience; and because of it, I now have an uneasy feeling bringing my car back. More

This was my first time having to visit the main service center which is for repairs, recalls etc. Sandra exemplified what expert customer service looks like! Don't appreciate people looking at me like I'm a spectacle because I'm the only person wearing a mask.
