Not happy with replacement windshield, it was broken while making another repair. Supposedly they replaced the windshield (again) but it looks like they covered up the problem with caulk so that it look while making another repair. It was difficult to reach service by phone. I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation but nobody ever confirmed the appointment or send me a confirmation. Submitted and confirmed an appointment for 1:00 last Friday on the Toyota app. It was for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up at 12:50. I was told it would be about 1.5-2 hours. They said a couple of walkons came in just before I got there. So I asked what’s the point in using the Toyota app to schedule an appointment when walkons can jump ahead?. They told me an appointment is a heads up TO THEM to let them know their workload, not for the benefit of the customer. Not exactly a customer friendly app or customer friendly service. They came to get my car for service at 1:37. As they said I got out by about 1.5 hours. More
