I thought Ross, Austin, Kyle, and Ralph were great and professional and were clear with me and keeping me updated on my car's status between the autoglass and service departments. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to make my payment over the phone and pick up my car from the show room receptionist after the service office closed since my work days start early and are very long. I did not appreciate finding ketchup in my cup holder, crumbs in my passenger seat, or an extra 10 miles on my car when I picked it up. The whole dealership isn't even a mile, so I had a hard time justifying how could that even happen. It leaves a bad impression that my car was taken for a joy ride and left a mess. More

Fast, reliable work from professional staff. I drive past two other Toyota dealerships, (one is walking distance from my house) for the service I receive here.
