Mason was great at the front desk. However, the service took way too long. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. They told me it should be finished in 2-3 hours. I called at 2:00, 3:00, finally truck was ready took way too long. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. They told me it should be finished in 2-3 hours. I called at 2:00, 3:00, finally truck was ready at 5:45 pm. Ruined my afternoon plans. More

The service to my Tundra was quick and efficient. Gear shift was sticking apparently due to spilled liquid. Service department quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue by cleaning the effected parts.
