First of all, this is the THIRD time I’ve filled out a survey for that one service on my taillight. Good grief. Here goes: I dealt with 2 people for this repair appointment. Mary Sloan, who is always helpful, and Robert Brompton who did a great job! Robert was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem that needed repair, even showing me the faulty part, and discussed my options. He's great to work with.
