Had to call 3 times before talking with a staff was able to schedule my appointment. When I arrived they did not have my appointment scheduled. This was my 3rd time there every time has been great until this tome because when I received the paper at the end and the multi point inspection was not done correctly. The technician just checked everything green cause it a fairly new truck. They marked the windshield green when it’s has some large cracks in it and should have been marked yellow. And now with the advisor was great but I have received alerts from carfax saying I some recalls on the truck but he didn’t mention it just seem he wanted to get me in and out. But I had to ask about the recalls. So but the main reason I will not be back if the technician can’t do a multi point right how do I know if rest of the work was done correctly More
