I have, because the dealership continues to damage my vehicle while it is in for service, severed my relationship with the dealership. I have liked my service manager, Daniel, immensely, and my salesman, vehicle while it is in for service, severed my relationship with the dealership. However, I'm tired of things continuously being damaged on my truck, informing people of this, and not hearing back and having to fight with them to repair it. Last time, someone thought it would be a good idea to put a piece of tape over the decal they unseated on the right rear quarter panel and leave the tape in the sun, damaging the clear coat. I've had glass scratched, grease on one of my seats, bubbles left in door sill guards, improperly painted repairs, and so on and so forth. I am a patient person, believing in giving people and places a fair chance, but after I discovered my tail pipe had not been put back on at the right angle after getting the cat replaced this last time, it was the straw that broke the camel's back. The inability to fix something and not cause damage elsewhere has, for me, at least, been a feature, not a bug, of dealing with Mac Haik, and I don't want to feel I need to take a full video of my truck every time I bring it in. I'm never going back there. It's a shame, because I really like Matt and Daniel. More
